I've been climbing at Arco/Nago with my classmates from HTL-Jenbach, when somebody saw this snake in the tree. I climbed up to get a good shot - which was no probleme, because the bird was much to big for the small snake. The Ringelnatter/ring snake(?) tried to gulp down the bird at least for half an hour, but "Ihre Augen waren größer als ihr Magen."/"It's eyes were bigger than it's belly."
